TIKKA WITH A TWIST
¤ Ingredients ¤
Boneless leg cubes ½ kg
Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger crushed 1 tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Green chilies 2 small chopped
Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
¤ METHOD ¤
Marinate boneless leg cubes with tandoori masala, put on skewers grill for 20 mins in a oven on 180 D. Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger garlic, green chilies, fry for 1 min, add schezwan sauce, grilled leg pieces, fry for 2 mins, add mayonnaise, fry and serve immediately.
