Spinach & Mushroom Pasta
¤ Ingredients ¤
Pasta 300 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Mushroom 200 gm
Oregano 1 Tsp
Chicken Cube 1
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cream 6 tbsp
Spinach 200 gram
Water ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
¤ Method ¤
Cook the pasta in a large pan of lightly salted water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add the mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently, for 8 minutes, or until almost crisp.
Add chicken cube, water, and oregano and lemon juice. Cook and when it comes to boil add spinach and cream and cook till a bit thick Add pasta and mix.
