PIZZA RICE
¤ Ingredients ¤
Chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies grinded 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients for Sauce
Tomato puree 1 cup
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sweet chili sauce ¼ cup
Capsicum 1 cut into cubes
Onion 1 cut into cubes
Rice ½ kg boiled with salt and turmeric powder ½ tsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Grated cheese 1 cup
¤ METHOD ¤
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, green chili paste, tandoori masala, yogurt, chili masala and salt. Keep aside for half an hour.
METHOD FOR SAUCE
Heat oil add in chopped garlic cook for a min, add chopped onions fry for 2 mins till soft, add tomato puree, schezwan sauce, sambal oleak, oregano, salt and pepper, sweet chili sauce. Lastly add capsicum and onion cubes, when it boils remove and keep aside. Boil rice with salt and turmeric powder, heat 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic paste, sambal oleak, add boiled rice, mix well, and keep it on dum for 10 mins. Heat oil, add marinated chicken, cook till done.
FOR ASSEMBLING
In a pyrex serving bowl, first put a layer of rice, spread some sauce on top chicken layer, grate some cheese, and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins. Serve hot and enjoy.'
