MANGO PUDDING
Ingredients
Mango 1 ½ cup tiny cubes
Water 3 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Agar agar powder 2 tsp
Mango puree 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup whipped
Condense milk 4 tbsp
METHOD
Put mango cubes in your trifle bowl, and pour over cooked mixture of water, sugar and agar agar powder, leave it to set for 1 hour. Take mango puree, mix with fresh cream and condense milk, when agar agar mixture is set, pour over it mango puree mixture, chill well and serve.
