¤ Ingredients ¤
Mango cubes 1½ cup chopped
Sugar 4 tbsp
Cook both together until mixture thick and pulpy
Milk 1 liter
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Rice flour 1½ tbsp
Sugar ½ cup
Mango essence ½ tsp
Fresh cream ½ cup
Powder pistachio for topping
¤ METHOD ¤
Take 1 liter milk in a pan, add in corn flour and rice flour, mix into a paste with ½ cup cold milk, add in sugar, mix well and cook the milk stirring with a whisk continuously on a medium flame, when the milk comes to boil and thickens, cook for 3 mins and remove, add in mango essence, mix well, cool, add in cream then add the prepared mango puree mix well.
¤ TO ASSEMBLE ¤
In shot glasses, sprinkle a layer of pistachio pour muhallabia on it, again sprinkle pistachio powder, put chopped mango pieces, and mango sauce. Serve chilled.
