KHOYA MITHAI
Ingredients
Khoya 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Almonds blanched pealed and grinded 125 gm
Milk ½ cup
Ghee 1 cup
Eggs 5
METHOD
Beat eggs mix khoya, sugar, almonds grinded, ghee and milk, then add in saffron ¼ tsp mix all well, put in a greased pyrex dish, bake until golden for 35 to 40 mins on 180 D.
