FISH SALSA
☆ Ingredients ☆
Fish Fillet 1/2 kg
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1tbsp
Corn Flour 2tbsp
Marinate fish with all above ingredients, now coat fish fillet in dry corn flour and deep fry in hot oil and place on kitchen towel.
Salsa:-
Apple 1(thinly sliced then cut in julien, half will use in sauce and half will use for garnishing)
Sweet Chilli Sauce 1/2 cup
Plum Chutney 1/2 bottle
Veggies:-
Fried Button Chillies 4
Onion (sliced) 1/2
Spring Onion 2 tbsp
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Lemon Juice 1tbsp
Chilli Oil 1/2 tbsp
☆ Method ☆
Mix all ingredients well.
Set fish in a tray, pour salsa all over, and garnish with remaining half julien cut apple, serve immediately..
