CHICKEN CONES
¤ Ingredients ¤
Boiled and shredded chicken ½ cup
Cabbage finely shredded ½ cup
Finely chopped capsicum ¼ cup
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Mixed herb ½ tsp
Bread slices 10
Water as required
¤ METHOD ¤
Boil and shred chicken, put in a bowl with all the given ingredients, mix well, adjust seasonings, chill for 30 mins. Roll bread slices with a rolling pin, cut from center into 2 triangles, put water on one shot side and turn sticking the edges well to form into a cone, put cone on a grilling rack, bake for 15 mins on 180 D, remove, cool, fill with filling and serve immediately.
