BADAMI DOODH JALEBI
☆ Ingredients ☆
Jalebi 1/2kg
Milk 1 liter
Saffron ½ tsp
Sugar as required
Egg White 2
khoya 1 cup
Almonds 100gms
☆ Method ☆
1.in a pane add milk add saffron and sugar and cook on slow flame
2.spread jalebi in a wide bottom dish and pour cook milk.
3.bake at 180c for 15 to 20 mins
4. delicious badami doodh jalebi is ready to serve
